Our client is a firmly established distributorship agency for leading books and Stationery. with an elaborate distribution channel |
Responsibilities: |
Drive business strategies to achieve sales goals, supporting business opportunities/ initiatives and efforts to increase market share and leadership.
•Plan, direct and supervise the work and productivity levels of showroom staff; building a motivated sales force at the store.
•Coordinate the showroom sales and marketing function ensuring projected revenues and margins are achieved.
•Ensure the distributorship’s standards are met or exceeded i.e. appropriate branding, store displays, merchandizing and replenishment of sales floor.
•Establish delightful customer service and experience ensuring that customer facing positions understand their roles in interacting with staff to meet and exceed needs of customers.
•Set up a high performance team by developing and managing performance of sales team
•Accountable for the day to day sales and operations of the showroom, including maintaining a neat, orderly, safe and secure showroom |

Requirements |
Skills: |
Business degree in Retail management/ Marketing or any relevant discipline
•Minimum of 5 years of experience with a retail store / or distributorship
•Strong understanding of retail – related selling or retail operating environment
•Exceptional sales and presentation skills
•Effective customer service experience.
•Knowledge of financial operations and processes
•Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills |
