Main Purpose: |
The technical manager will be in charge of Performing and overseeing all engineering duties in planning and designing tools, engines, machines, and other mechanically functioning equipment |
Responsibilities: |
• Manage the day to day administration of the technical Department and the personnel within that department.
• Planning and control proposals, project management, equipment manufacture, delivery, installation, commissioning and ongoing service and maintenance of all construction and Process Control Equipment produced by the company.
• Ensuring through control, direction, communication and motivation that the engineering production facility works towards achieving the goals of the company.
• Regular reporting on the performance of the facility to the executive managers.
• Provide direction and management to Project Management section of the department, periodically reviewing proposals and designs.
• Mentor less experienced engineers to assure their knowledge and skills provide them the experience they need to complete assigned projects independently, efficiently, and safely.
