Responsibilities: |
To ensure the supply and distribution of electricity it is at all times safe, reliable, secure and sustainable.
Execute the maintenance of the electrical equipment and instrumentation in accordance with the Nestlé Maintenance Strategy using Consequence Driven Maintenance (CDM) as the multi-disciplined approach to proactively maintain/improve the fixed assets also by use of hand tools and measuring instruments, employing engineering data and knowledge of electrical principles.
Monitor plant and equipment to ensure optimal operation and reduction of planned and unplanned downtime.
Maintenance and implementation of equipment Calibration plan for compliance with both Nestle and statutory requirements.
Modify/upgrade electrical equipments and systems to correct functional deviations.
Collaborate with electrical or factory engineer to define, evaluate or identify necessary revisions, deletions or amendments to outdated material, drawings and design comments for sound electrical engineering practice and conformance with established document management and safety criteria.Training of machine operators and updating of operational procedures to help resolve man machine interface problems.
Take part in internal audits. |
