Job Title: ACCOUNT MANAGER

Job Description

Main Purpose:

This Account Manager will provide complete and dedicated Customer Service. He / She will manage and co-ordinate all activities with regards to new business growth and customer retention.

Responsibilities:

Assume responsibility for all communication and activity within a provided customer base
Effective communication of Internet Solutions services and offerings.
Achievement of Sales Revenue Targets
Build strong strategic relationships at a senior level within customer base
Account and sales administration
Directly responsible for improving and maintaining long-term high customer satisfaction
Reviewing completed contract in system to ensure billing accuracy in compliance with audit requirements.
Act as main point of contact for customer on resolution of technical, product, and billing issues
Work with internal departments (Engineering and Sales) to escalate technical and product issues as needed
Outbound calls to client to update on new site features, products, etc
   

Requirements

Skills:

Competent in Microsoft Office. Advantageous if the candidate has previous experience working with a CRM package, especially Siebel. He / She be comfortable with Internet/Intranet format.
