Main Purpose: |
To achieve 100percent stocks accuracy.
To control and minimize overhead cost
Improve performance of both staff and customers service
To improve and control the level of damage of products.

Responsibilities: |
Supervise and coordinate all the material handling functions
Manage orders from the customer service direct to the distributors level.
Ensure service to production is well managed without any delay.
To make sure safety precaution is taken care of all the stocks in the warehouse.
Safeguard the entire company asset in the department.
- Manage and communicate all marketing sundry receipts received in the department.
Delegate duties to all the staff working in the department and ensure work is done well as per the company regulations.
Monthly report
Communicate weekly report and identify areas of improvement.
Prepare report on all short expiry products to the Management for decision making.
Organize reports on market returns required for destructions and ensure safety procedure are followed.
End month stocks situation and reconciliation
Continuous improvement
Train staff in the department on the Nestle food safety management system.
Monitoring of stocks accuracy and freshness situation to avoid products expiring in the warehouse.
Monitoring our suppliers service level to determine and see our orders are delivered in good time and good quality,

Requirements |
Skills: |
Operational experience in warehouse management.
Good in decision making and communication to others.
Trained on SAP system.
Accounting and stores knowledge.
