To translate the overall NP EAR strategic direction for Beverages and Food into a NP Equatorial African Region (EAR) strategy and ensure full and consistent implementation.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement annual strategic channel/customer business plans for the priority channels and customers.
Analyze sales results and take corrective action where needed.
Identify and execute the priority channels with the Sale team/distributor’s and systematically map the potential customers in the priority channels with clear estimates of business potential per outlet for sales call prioritization/route-planning.
Comprehend the beverage and food needs of the priority OOH channel customers through intensive market visits and help the marketing team to launch the required portfolio of branded products/solutions. Ensure accurate 18 months rolling forecasting.
Work closely together with the Supply and Demand planner to ensure sufficient stocks.
Provide feedback to marketing team in NME Head Office (eyes & ears in the market) on trends and competition as input for renovation innovation.
Develop effective customer/consumer promotions in the priority channels to drive sales with existing customers and recruit new customers.
Implement effective TCS spend strategy for OOH. Work closely together with the NESCAFÉ Brand team
