Main Purpose: |
Providing support to the Group business through implementation of information and communication technology.
|
Responsibilities: |
Implement packages and provide training.
Develop IT training schedule.
Ensure quarterly hardware and software maintenance is implemented.
Provide adhoc troubleshooting of computer hardware, software and network infrastructure.
Maintain the integrity of business data held on systems.
Implement and maintain ICT security and computer resource access.
Develop in-house solutions for business solutions according to best ICT practice.
Generate business proposals following analysis of user requirement.
Manage and coordinate resources for implementation of IT projects.
Facilitate information technology disaster recovery undertakings.
Manage ICT suppliers’ portfolio.
Address User support requests/ Help desk calls.
Maintain IT equipment inventory.
